These are pretty customizable, but I made one version with BBQ chicken and the other with classic nacho toppings.
Cook the tater tots according to the package instructions...the crispier, the better so they don't get as soggy with the toppings on them.
Take them out and arrange them on parchment paper very close together. Put back in the oven under the broiler to until the cheese is melted.
